NLP for Personal Transformation & Lasting Change involves individual sessions that typically last between 90-120 minutes. Often, a single session can be sufficient for what you want to work on— but typically, it is recommended to start with 3 sessions, spaced a month apart.

I think of Meta as ‘Magical Meta’. In my NLP work, she has a way of getting to memories some of which I haven’t thought of in decades and we tease out the meanings my young mind made of them and most importantly the beliefs I generated from them. The beliefs go into my subconscious and they can have disastrous effects when it comes to what I create in my life. How to Get Started

Secure your first session ($295) using the booking link below. Sessions are typically 90-120 minutes in length and held over Zoom teleconferencing.

During the initial session— you will focus on:

  • Your true outcomes in life.

  • The present state of affairs.

  • Unconscious beliefs and behaviors.

  • Re-aligning and updating your beliefs and behaviors.

During the sessions following— you will be guided by Meta through a variety of mental exercises which can include visualization, breathing naturally, moving your eyes, and gently touching your arm, for example. However, nothing that can’t be done in the comfort of your own chair provided you have good internet connection, a webcam, and sound audio.

How Does NLP Work?

NLP is a modality that changes the way connections are made within the brain. We all have anchored experiences. We have the ability to change these wired experience/s, to change the experience to be more of what you would like.  To update the experience to be the updated adult you. For example, if you experience shame, fear, or worry after an interaction, the way you respond may be an outdated anchored experience.

What Are Unconscious Patterns of Thought and Behavior?

Unconscious patterns are like computer software that runs automatically.  It keeps the system up and running. You can install programs over top of this system (in hopes for success), but until you rewrite the basic belief system, the system will continue to repeat itself.  This is why we revert back to the same old habits— habits in our studying, our business, our relationships, our health, our life. Neuro-linguistic programming is a method to rewrite your software. It gives you more choice and control over your experience.

How is NLP different from other modalities?

NLP offers a way to get the change we want in life without having to overcome or beat ourselves up to get it. NLP is not about accountability, shame, or intimidation. NLP is about changing the neural connections within the brain, that then changes the shape of our experience. We then experience life differently.

NLP is not coaching. It will not include accountability or a plan on how to do your next step. NLP is concerned with how you create your experience (in the internal landscape of beliefs, identity, ecology) and your overall sense of belonging).

What Makes NLP with Meta Different?

How Many Sessions Should I Have?

It depends. Some clients receive the change after one session. Some clients may meet over an extended period of time to create the change. There are no fixed set of sessions for NLP work.

Do We Meet Every Week?

No. NLP is an integration of new neural connections. Clients can meet at intervals of every four weeks. The frequency may vary. It can be every month, three months, six months, or a year. It varies depending on the individual.
